🎭 Big Stages & Bright Lights at The Muny

The 2026 Muny season is flying by, and the lineup over the next few weeks is packed with massive hits:

  • Disney’s Newsies: Get ready to seize the day! The hit musical brings high-energy choreography and powerhouse vocals to the outdoor stage from July 16–22.
  • The Temptations Story: Starting July 27, you can catch Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations, tracking the legendary group’s extraordinary journey from the streets of Detroit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

đź§Ş Sound Waves & Planetariums at the Science Center

If you want a perfect weekend evening hangout, the Saint Louis Science Center has two major events coming up:

  • Planetarium Reopening: The James S. McDonnell Planetarium officially reopens its doors on Saturday, July 18, offering a fresh look at the stars.
  • Up Late: Experience Sound: On Saturday, July 25 (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM), the Science Center is hosting a special after-hours event dedicated entirely to the intersection of audio engineering, technology, and science.

🖼️ Celebrate Forest Park’s 150th Birthday

Believe it or not, Forest Park turns 150 years young this year! To celebrate, a traveling pop-up exhibit titled Yours Forever: Forest Park at 150 is making its way to different institutions inside the park:

  • Catch it at the Saint Louis Art Museum through July 17.
  • Head over to the Saint Louis Science Center from July 20 to August 3 to explore historical photos and pivotal moments from the park’s incredible history.
  • Bonus Challenge: Grab a physical copy of the Forest Park Passport at the visitor center to take on 150 unique park adventures and claim seasonal prizes.
